Account suspended for no reason

Bug Description

I have a bug in my kiro that unable me to use Kiro. My account has been suspended over the night and I have no clue why. I don't know of any activity of mine that my cause such suspension. I request you to look into my issue and resolve it ASAP as I am paying user and unable now to work.
Unable to fetch account usage data: Your User ID (c4b8c4e8-6011-700b-4517-48bf7d1cf274) temporarily is suspended. We've locked your account as a security precaution. To restore access, please contact our support team to verify your identity: https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/kiro

I have contacted with aws amazon but no response.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open kiro.

Expected Behavior

explain me reason of suspension, give me access to my account to manage it (manage my subscriptions) and give me opportunity to appeal and resolve issue

Why is this marked as duplicate?
Both report authentication/authorization issues when trying to fetch account usage data, though one mentions suspension while the other mentions unauthorized access
