Bug Description

Your User ID (24586468-9031-70e5-92c0-d507a00b2fec) temporarily is suspended. We've locked your account as a security precaution. To restore access, please contact our support team to verify your identity: https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/kiro

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Kiro IDE
2. Wait for the application to load
3. A notification/error message appears indicating the account is suspended
4. Unable to proceed with any further functionality

Expected Behavior

I expect to be able to log in and access all Kiro features normally without being blocked by an account suspension notice.

Both report authentication/authorization issues when trying to fetch account usage data, with similar error patterns related to user permissions

This is not a duplicate of the referenced issues.

The issues listed (#6051, #5810, etc.) are about:

• Fetching account usage data errors
• Token expiration and re-authentication flows
• Login issues with IdC/social sign-ins

My issue is different: my account has been explicitly suspended by Kiro with a security message:

"Your User ID (24586468-9031-70e5-92c0-d507a00b2fec) temporarily is suspended. We've locked your account as a security precaution. To restore access, please contact our support team to verify your identity."

This is a security lockout, not a token expiration or authentication flow bug. I cannot use Kiro at all.

Additional context: I have not performed any violations or suspicious activities. This is a purely personal account, and I have already paid for the subscription. Please help restore my access.

Please do not close this issue as duplicate. I need help restoring access to my account.
