Bug Description

My Kiro account (User ID: 94e814b8-d031-7000-abdd-a497f5e06e18, registered email: rbito-test2@protonmail.com) was temporarily suspended by the system as a "security precaution", and I am completely unable to access the service normally.

I registered this account only 2 days ago, and received 500 free usage credits from the platform after registration. Up to now, I have only used less than 200 credits, which is far below the free quota provided. All my usage behaviors are strictly compliant with Kiro's terms of service: I only use Kiro for my personal design work to optimize my workflow, I have never shared my account with any third party, never conducted any credit-abusing operations, never used the service for any illegal or non-compliant purposes, and have no abnormal login or high-risk operations on my account.

When I tried to use the service normally, I received the error prompt: "Unable to fetch account usage data: Your User ID (94e814b8-d031-7000-abdd-a497f5e06e18) temporarily is suspended. We've locked your account as a security precaution." This issue has completely blocked my access to Kiro, and I cannot use any functions of the software normally. I also tried to submit an appeal via the official support form, but the form system failed to submit and kept showing "An issue occurred while attempting to create the case".

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the Kiro desktop client (version 0.11.63) on Windows 11, and log in to my account with registered email rbito-test2@protonmail.com.
  2. Try to access the core functions of Kiro or check my account usage data.
  3. The system pops up the error prompt: "Unable to fetch account usage data: Your User ID (94e814b8-d031-7000-abdd-a497f5e06e18) temporarily is suspended. We've locked your account as a security precaution."
  4. I am unable to use any functions of Kiro, and my account access is completely blocked.
  5. I tried to submit an appeal via the official support contact form, but the form failed to submit, showing "An issue occurred while attempting to create the case".

Expected Behavior

  1. I expect the Kiro team to check my account status, verify my account ownership, and confirm that I have no violation behaviors.
  2. Lift the temporary suspension of my account (User ID: 94e814b8-d031-7000-abdd-a497f5e06e18) as soon as possible, restore my normal access to Kiro services and my remaining free usage credits.
  3. I can normally open the Kiro client, log in to my account, use all functions, and view my account usage data without any error prompts.
