My account was suspended with User ID: a4e81488-c0f1-706d-39df-3b6bd8308a57. I accidentally created two accounts and only want to keep the one with email q1889912435@qq.com. Please help me restore access.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Tried to log in to Kiro
2. Received error: "Unable to fetch account usage data: Your User ID ... temporarily is suspended"

Expected Behavior

Expected to log in successfully and use Kiro normally.

I have only one account from my email but still facing the same error. I tried contacting support using the link provided below error, they tried and replied that it's fixed but it hasn't. I was just exploring kiro as it was my first time using it and within two days it was suspended. It's been a week now. Not resolved yet.
