Bug Description

My Kiro IDE is completely blocked, and I received the error message:'Unable to fetch account usage data: Your User ID (d4e8b438-e021-7056-5ee6-d5d0f7e68e78) temporarily is suspended. We've locked your account as a security precaution.'

I have only used this account once on my personal computer for basic testing after registration, with no abnormal operations, automated scripts, multi-device login, or other suspicious behaviors.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Open the Kiro IDE or application.
2.The UI immediately blocks access with the "Unable to fetch account usage data: Your User ID (d4e8b438-e021-7056-5ee6-d5d0f7e68e78) temporarily is suspended. We've locked your account as a security precaution. " error.
3.Unable to dismiss the prompt, view usage data, or access any IDE features.

Expected Behavior

Kiro should correctly recognize my normal account status and allow me to access the IDE.
Please inform me of the specific trigger reason for this suspension, so I can avoid similar issues in the future.
Please provide a clear timeline for resolving this issue.
I am a legitimate user and am willing to complete any identity verification steps required to restore access.

Dealt with? In what sense is the account being blocked for no good reason? This is poorly programmed code that blocks multiple people even after they’ve PAID for the Kiro plan. Another problem is that you restore the account without the balance—“how nice”—but nobody is addressing anything. I’ve already sent several complaints, made two payments, and NOTHING, absolutely NO solution. The question is, how long are you going to keep blocking people who are your customers? Who paid for the plan??? How long until you reactivate their accounts with the balance they paid for?? It's not a duplicate; it's an unresolved issue!!.
