【Bug】User ID 8428f4e8-d001-70ec-8351-0422787c3b83 suspended, identity verification no response

Bug Description

When I open Kiro, it shows an error:
"Unable to fetch account usage data: Your User ID (8428f4e8-d001-70ec-8351-0422787c3b83) temporarily is suspended. We've locked your account as a security precaution."

I have contacted AWS support several days ago but received no reply. My account is locked and I cannot use Kiro at all. Please help me verify my identity and unlock my account.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Kiro
2. Log in with my account
3. The error "User ID suspended" appears immediately
4. Cannot use any function

Expected Behavior

I should be able to log in and use Kiro normally. My account should be unlocked after identity verification.
