Bug Description

I keep getting access denied even though I logged in and have the lisence to use kiro. Please advise what to do.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Kiro
2. login via browser
3. login to AWS
4. back on Kiro, open project
5. write a prompt
6. reply: Access denied.

Expected Behavior

a reply to my prmpt.
