Bug Description

Kiro chat is completely non-functional on macOS. Every message sent returns 'There was an error processing your request' regardless of content. Issue persists across new chats, after full app restart, cache clearing, signing out/in, deleting ~/Library/Application Support/Kiro/, and rebooting the machine. Has been occurring for 24+ hours. Same AWS Builder ID works fine on a separate Windows machine running Kiro.

Steps to Reproduce

Open Kiro on macOSSign in with AWS Builder IDType any message in chatHit sendError: "There was an error processing your request"Happens on every message, every chat, persists after restart, cache clear, app state deletion, and 12+ hour wait

Expected Behavior

Kiro should process the message and return a response in chat. Instead, every message returns 'There was an error processing your request' with no additional details
