Still can't connect account despite having credits available #6874

Bug Description

I've been locked out for days with no response.
Unable to fetch account usage data: Your User ID (----) temporarily is suspended. We've locked your account as a security precaution. To restore access, please contact our support team to verify your identity: https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/kiro

I realize this is a duplicate but this is a serious issue and I'm seeing no response from anyone.

Steps to Reproduce

Upon launch - I get the error described above. Can't do anything. Same issue with Kiro-cli
FWIW - I use google as my login.

Expected Behavior

I should be able to use the product and access the credits available to me.
