Kiro shows usage limit reached despite remaining credits

I am using Kiro IDE and receiving a message saying that I have reached my usage limit and need to wait until tomorrow. However, my account still shows that I have remaining credits.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Kiro IDE
2. Use features normally
3. After some usage, the "usage limit reached" message appears

Expected Behavior

The IDE should allow continued usage as long as credits are still available.
