I registered a Kiro developer account via GitHub and paid for two months with my credit card. However, I'm now seeing the message: "Unable to fetch account usage data: Your User ID (440824d8-10b1-709e-ab62-be3831289f73) temporarily is suspended. We've locked your account as a security precaution. To restore access, please contact our support team to verify your identity: https://app.kiro.dev/account/usage?support_form"

But I cannot log in via https://app.kiro.dev/account/usage?
