Chat Window "Undock" or "Pop-out"

Feature Description

It would be great if the chat Window could be undocked.

For example when using two monitors having the chat window on monitor 2 whilst having the code editor on monitor 1 would be a better use of space.

Use Case

Using the IDE across multiple monitors.
