Support for non-HMC FAIR DOs

In the current version, only the Helmholtz KIP is offered in the UI, which is fine for a first version. However, browsing through the code made me worry about how support for other profiles can be implemented in future easily. Especially when it comes to the Python generator, I would not expect a specfic profile to be required, but in the current state it seems to be.

This issue is not to be solved immediately, but may be basis for dicussion.

Which parts made you worry? The file implementing is I think still called hmc_profile, but it generated itself already from an integrated version of the DTR definition of the profile and should already be generic. Also I think there is nothin in the python generator resembling the profile. If I am not missing something, we "only" require:

• a way in the GUI where we can either search for DTR profiles or at least insert a PID and generate block from it (dynamic block generation seems to be well supported in blockly)
• the ability to load profile definitions from DTRs in general
• support for the newer DTR, as dtr-test is deprecated (the current profile is based on dtr-test!)
