Allow download of data resources as a whole #32

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Accessing data resource in repo-management is fine as long as it's about finding things and accessing single files. For sharing contents, a possibility to provide a link to an entire resource would help for collaboration.
Describe the solution you'd like
In order to provide such a feature, base-repo would have to offer a way to package an entire data resource, e.g., via ro-crate, and its download can then be integrated in the frontend. Alternatively. the existing download of the zipped content can be made available without the need on modifying base-repo, maybe as a preliminary version of this feature.
