Allow direct linking to a record. (MetaStore/base-repo)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If I want to share a digital object (e.g. metadata document stored inside MetaStore)
I may share the link. Inside the browser this link only provides the document and not
the metadata record. If I want to share the digital object as a whole I must provide a link
to the frontend and the identifier of my DO. This identifier has then to be set in the filter
to get the DO.

I want to use a link where the filter is automatically set to the appropriate identifier.

It would be good to have a shareable link for data resources, also contents on the base-repo, which would be displayed once a data resource is created or content is uploaded.
