Remove 'pyxel edit' snippet from docs

Delete the inline code block showing `pyxel edit PYXEL_RESOURCE_FILE` from the main README and all localized docs. The Pyxel Editor manual link is kept for usage details to avoid duplicating a simple CLI example across multiple README files.
