Problem
There are multiple different external JS packages included, but no comprehensive list of these or what versions are currently in use. That makes it hard to track updates for all these packages.
Proposed Solution
If the packages have to be included here and a package manager (like npm or yarn) has to be ruled out, at least a comprehensive list of all used packages with their current version should be included in the repo.
