[FUND] Add support for TYPO3 14 LTS

Description

TYPO3 14 will be released as the next LTS release in April 2026 (see roadmap).

Related Issues

This should include support for PHP 8.5, too.

Expected Benefits of this Development

Support for the latest stable versions of TYPO3 and PHP is a must to keep Kitodo.Presentation up to date.

Estimated Costs and Complexity

I expect low to medium costs.

As there seem to be no breaking changes in the new release, it might be sufficient to update the requirements of Kitodo.Presentation. This is a trivial task which does not require the development fund.

We should at least check if Kitodo is affected by any deprecations (although I don't see any at first glance).

The component fluidtypo3/vhs is used in tests, but does not support TYPO3 14. Tests therefore should not use it.
