UI: Is there a better way to show binary data (rain, fog, etc.)?

1. The data is discrete, so some users did not like line graphs.
2. The scale of 0-1 compared to most other data was too small when multiple datasets were plotted together (related to UI: Is it possible to have two Y axis scales on one graph (left and right)? #173).
