Things to do on spec completion

• Clean up the code. Do a couple once-overs. Look for poor allocation patterns, especially []u8 vs std.ArrayList(u8) in e.g. NodeValue.Text.
• Go through TODO.
• Benchmark.
  • prof. Why are we so much slower than Comrak? Shouldn't we be faster? (no runtime borrow checks.)
• Add to https://github.com/commonmark/commonmark-spec/wiki/List-of-CommonMark-Implementations.
• Let people in the Zig Discord know.
