Accept support URLs for built in BNC addresses #7
Description
At the very least we should support opening a configured URL for each BNC network in this cases:
- Just before connecting to the BNC on the startup screen with ok/cancel buttons (the BNC may have terms+conds or general news)
- A help link somewhere in the menus
Each URL would open up an in-app browser
