Update Operations with Enums

Change [InteractionPattern](https://github.com/kn0sys/onq/blob/main/src/operations/mod.rs#L53) and [ControlledInteraction](https://github.com/kn0sys/onq/blob/main/src/operations/mod.rs#L72) `pattern_id` fields to use enums. List of enums can be derived from the [get_interaction_matrix](https://github.com/kn0sys/onq/blob/main/src/simulation/engine.rs#L429)  function.
