It is not possible to read the source topic if using CloudEvents

Problem
Currently, the source topic name will be injected into the subject field of the CloudEvent by the KafkaSource, if using CloudEvents. If subject is already present, it is not updated.

Exit Criteria
A KafkaSource that consumes from multiple topics sends events to a sink. The sink knows which topic an event came from. The Events are CloudEvents with subject already filled.
