Feature: Add Native Dark Mode Support to Knative Documentation #6541

The Knative documentation currently does not offer a native dark mode option. Adding first-class dark mode support would improve readability in low-light environments, reduce eye strain, and align the docs with modern accessibility and usability expectations.
Many users spend long hours reading and contributing to the documentation, and dark mode has become a standard feature for technical docs. Providing an official, site-level dark mode (rather than relying on browser extensions) would ensure a consistent and polished user experience.
