Reduce func-utils image size by inlining dependencies

The func-utils image currently depends on external programs (sh, socat,
tar). Integrating this functionality directly into the func-utils
binary would allow the image to be based on a minimal base (e.g.
ubi-micro), significantly reducing image size and attack surface.
