Timed Boost Function

The user should be able to apply a temperature or other settings on a temporary and timed basis and on timeout, it should return to the schedule.
For example, "set temperature to X for the next hour" or "Switch HVAC to cool for the next 30 minutes".

We already have the override in place for the Advance function so should be able to reuse a lot of that code by creating a new schedule node on the fly and adding to the schedule.
