chore: update dependencies and improve type definitions

- Bump eslint version to 10.2.0 in package.json
- Remove unused electron and karma-electron-launcher dependencies
- Refactor BindingHandler class to remove generic type in bindingHandlerBehaviors test
- Update action parameter type to 'any' in subscribe method of LifeCycle class
