Merge webpack configs into one #250
Description
Currently, there are multiple webpack configs and we run two instances. With an array of configurations, it can be one configuration.
- Have only one webpack config
- If it's not two slow, have each entry point allow for its own
.<ENTRY>.*extensions
This may require undoing a lot of #174
