The inline quotation element "q", should not be formatted the same as the "blockquote" element.

When using an inline quote (q), it is formatted the same as a blockquote. This renders the quote in an unexpected way. Traditionally it would be wrapped with left and right double-quotes for the first element, and left/right single quotes for a sub quote.

A blockquote would be formatted like this.

He said "An inline quote would be structure like this because John said 'an inline quote looks like this'".
