When getting this error:
File "(path)\kohya_ss\sd-scripts\library\sdxl_train_util.py", line 50, in load_target_model args.disable_mmap_load_safetensors, AttributeError: 'Namespace' object has no attribute 'disable_mmap_load_safetensors'
Deleting this line (line 50) from sdxl_train_util.py allows the TI training to work
