Feature Request: Auto-Restart Tasks After Bounty Replenishment

I'd like to propose a quality-of-life improvement for the Koii Task system: automatically restarting tasks once their associated bounty has been replenished.

Currently, when a bounty runs out and is later refilled, tasks remain inactive until manually restarted. This creates a recurring challenge, especially for node operators managing multiple nodes or those who are not able to monitor the network constantly due to other commitments like full-time jobs.

An auto-restart mechanism would ensure that tasks resume promptly and efficiently without requiring manual intervention, improving uptime, resource utilization, and user experience across the board. It would also help maintain consistent task participation, especially in decentralized environments where reliability and automation are key.

This feature would be particularly valuable for:

Users operating multiple nodes across different machines or environments

Community members with limited time availability

Maintaining healthy task participation and network stability
