Bug: 无法使用Canvas来进行缩小图片

preferSize选择非原始大小的选项，在打开autoResize的开关，之后查询图片会提示 Canvas service is not available, thus cannot resize image now. 并无法改变图片的分辨率。

preferSize选择非原始大小的选项，打开autoResize的开关

Expected behavior

能够在开启功能之后能改变图片大小

We are just checking whether there is a canvas service registered by other plugins and obviously the log output indicates that it is not registered. It looks like some upstream bugs cause the service to not properly register the canvas service in your environment. Please report to the upstream instead.
