Upstream LaTeX and BibTeX monarch definitions #71

Hi! I'm building a similar project: in-browser client-side latex editor (https://busytex.github.io).
I found very useful your monarch syntax highlighting definitions for Monaco: https://github.com/koka-lang/madoko/blob/master/styles/lang/latex.json and https://github.com/koka-lang/madoko/blob/master/styles/lang/bibtex.json
It would be good if these (maybe not complete, but still useful) definitions were upstreamed to https://github.com/microsoft/monaco-languages#dev-adding-a-new-language. Would you do it? Or would you allow me to do this on your behalf?
