Fixed by adding directory where cpanm installed GraphViz

So, finally unfortunately, it does not work well for lua.

Note that I just come over to report that cpan install GraphViz works at my side, as the readme recommends cpanm install GraphViz while I wasn't prepared to install something that I'll never use again but just for installing GraphViz. YMMV.
