Add instructions how to configure logging.

• Explicitly require logs for any issue with Jaffree/ffmpeg unexpected/incorrect behavior.
• Explicitly require ffmpeg commands executed manually from CLI to reproduce an issue,
• Add Readme section with log configuration
• Add log configuration example
• Add FFprobe tests to verify logs are parsed correcly.

have you been able to work on this issue ? i am unable to see my ffmpeg logs in my logger
INFO: com.github.kokorin.jaffree.JaffreeException: Process execution has ended with non-zero status: 1. Check logs for detailed error message.
i added logback.xml from examples/test resources but still unable to see more details as to why. i have anon zero status

You need to set both ffmpeg log level (with FFmpeg.setLogLevel) and logack reporting log level (in logback XML conf)

From the code snippet it looks like you execute ffmpeg twice.
I would start with checking if logback configuration is correct, there is no log level VERBOSE in SLF4J API (which logback implements).
But everything else looks ok.
