build fails on MS VS Enterprise 2019 #74
Description
Build fails, however, the fork I made several years ago (see my repository) builds successfully. Please fix this. The build report is attached to this issue report.
I am using MS VS Enterprise 2019.
It seems that the code itself did not change, only project settings, based on the code comparison view of github (it says there are no changes).
