Add support for dividers in material

Material list views support dividers between items, but using strong does not activate it on the KonstaUI List/ListItem. It does for the ios style, though.

I've just spotted that there is an undocument dividers prop, but it doesn't quite look right on material. It's got a left-side padding from the .ps-safe-4 so I imagine it needs to be implemented in a different way if that's the recommended approach.

I've just noticed this is also a related bug on iOS:

You can see the dividers in the strong example end up not touching the leftmost side.

This can be fixed by having the item content have the hairline-b relative class instead of the inner having it.
