Uppercase letters in the title

First of all, thank you very much, @kookma for developing refnotes, it makes inclusion of references really easy in TW.
I have a question about displaying uppercase letters in the title of articles/books. If I remember correctly APA lowercase everything, but this is possible to change surrounding the letter with {}. This however is not rendered with refnotes, is there is other way to display them? I am sorry if it is mentioned somewhere in documentation and I missed it.
