How to install on windows?

Hi,

I downloaded the releases files to install Kool Dev on Windows but had no success.

kool.exe and kool-windows-amd64.exe just show a cmd window with the text `You need to open cmd.exe and run it from there. and when I do that, it anything happens.

With the kool-install.exe an error window is displayed with the following message:

any ideas on how can I install it on Windows?
