[BUG] The `nodeslo CRD missting evictEnabledPriorityThreshold` field

What happened:

大佬，有个问题问一下
我们想用一个混部的参数evictEnabledPriorityThreshold，这个参数在github上的release分支的CRD定义是有的

但是helm仓库的crd里没有发现这个参数

这个咋解决一下呢？

可以检查下 koordlet 的 feature-gate 是否开启了 MemoryEvict 而没有使用 BEMemoryEvict。在 v1.7 版本内，如果想开启内存水位驱逐策略，请直接使用 BEMemoryEvict 特性；而 MemoryEvict 特性仍在建设中，预计 v1.8 版本正式提供。
