Skip user list cache upon mcp server bootstrap

Hi,

is there a way to skip the user list cache upon bootstrapping? I am working with a corporate bot token that will not grant access to execute users.list slack api and this is preventing this mcp server from operating.

Our use case is just to use a subset of the slack features (i.e. summarize channel history and posting to a channel) which doesn't require a callout to users.list
