desktop: start greeters #28
Description
desktop-gnome starts gdm which gives a great first-boot experience.
but destkop-kde and desktop-niri and desktop-i3 don't have greeters configured.
desktop-kde should use sddm, according to this
with i3 i am used to using startx and I kind of like that because it means if the GUI breaks I can just reboot to text and know things will probably be salvagable -- though maybe I could use greetd or ly, which are low-resource TUI greeters and allow easy access to other ttys.
