Create an interface for user-space programs

Interface features:

• Subscribe to notifications that are currently printed to kernel log
• Set the processes to be inspected by:
  • PID
  • Executable name
  • Parent's PID
  • Parent's executable name
• Set immediate actions on VMA(s) change (see Support immediate actions on non-writeable VMA(s) change #6)
