[Feature request] Dump demo metadata #805

It would be useful to be able to print the demo information from the header and the footer in a human-readable format. A tool that does this exists https://github.com/Xymph/LmpStats/ but I guess it's not very popular because it requires php. What most players do, if they want to see a demo footer, is just open the demo in hexadecimal editor (or, God forbid, notepad.exe), but this is unreliable and doesn't give all the useful information such as for example the game version. So why not have LmpStats functionality in dsda itself since it parses all that information anyway? Besides it will serve as a debugging tool for when demo footers get corrupt like what happened in woof some time ago.
