Genesis Enews Extended Facebook Issue

I am not a technical person at all so be patient with me.

I use converkit for email collection and have the form connected to the Genesis Enews Extended widget. The opt-ins work beautifully from my website. However, if someone accesses my website through a link on my IG account or Facebook account, the widget no longer works. It appears to work from the user's end as they are forwarded to a "thank you for subscribing" page, but the information is not collected in Converkit. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

That's a good question and one I don't have an answer for. Is the "thank you" page from covertkit or something on your site? Generally, the widget just passes through information to the third-party site.

I tried changing the theme, but it was not the issue so I am going to try active campaign instead of convertkit. I can't seem to find any information on how to integrate active campaign and Genesis Enews Extended. Can you direct me to that information?
