Run Maven does not run Maven #118

Describe the bug
In some projects it does not do what is expected. See the video on YouTube: https://youtu.be/q3y5ondNUdo
To Reproduce
Right-clicking on pom.xml -> Maven -> Run Maven -> picking the command does not run Maven but IDEA's internal build.
Expected behavior
Maven should run.
Environment :
