npm rebuild-ci with puppeteer hangs on VPS

npm rebuild-ci with puppeteer hangs on my VPS with puppeteer.
It works on OSX.
It works on the VPS with playwright.

Workaournd: Switch to playwright on the VPS, but stay on puppeteer on OSX.
