Export to raw/X16 format?

I am trying to make a font for the Commander X16 that you can just BVLOAD into 1,$F000 without conversion. So basically I need a no metadata packed 1bpp format. I know you have the U8M format but I would rather use ISO 8859 for the project I am working on (bidirectional text editor).
