Updated URL for Tasking Manager 3

Hi,

We have a new version of the Tasking Manager out and the URL for the Tasks is now:

https://host.domain.tld/api/v1/project/NN/tasks?as_file=true

I am hoping this still works with the new TM3 Tasks geometry files.
