[Enhancement] switch to hide the bottom cURL section (kotki-web)

A possible idea for an improvement would be to add a switch in the kotki-web command to either show (or hide) the bottom frame of the HTML page, the one showing cURL data.

Reason: while showing the cURL command is nice, it is probably overkill if kotki-web is used on a production machine, and might confuse users (especially if kokti is used behind a reverse proxy)
